Summary : Rhineland Incorporated offers a warranty on all parts for breakdown of warranty periods please refer to warranties section described in RHL terms and conditions, warranties claims must be handled by following RMA claims as set out in warranties section of RHL terms and conditions.

Warranty-standard and extended warranty options

Lowest total cost of ownership is at the heart of  Rhineland’s warranty plan options. Every  Products and all related components sold are warranted for a minimum of one year. The two warranty options are standard two year, or extended three year. Both plans include expert technical phone support for troubleshooting assistance and return to factory replacement/repair methodology.

Standard One Year Warranty – included with purchase: 

 - 12 month replacement / repair coverage on all Rhinelandsupplied components

Extended Three Year Warranty – available at the time of purchase:  

- 36 month replacement / repair coverage on all Rhineland supplied components

While Rhineland uses only the highest quality components, extended warranty is a reasonably priced option we encourage our customers to purchase. It provides an added level of field insurance, and ultimately lowers total cost of ownership over the life of a deployment.

DOA Policy

If a Rhineland  products component experiences a fault within the frist 10 days of after receipt,Rhineland  will send a replacement component to you immediately.

Repair Policy

Faulty goods returned will be repaired or replaced depending on the manufacturer's policies, Where possible,Rhineland will replace the faulty goods in a prompt manner. However some goods cannot be replaced and will be sent to the manufacture for repair or replacement under the manufacturer's warranty.

(Note that the process of return and replacement may take weeks, We advise our customers to purchase spares of any critical components, so that their Products can be serviced as soon as possible.

If the part is found to be in satisfactory working order, the part will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Special Conditions:

Software related faults are not covered by this warranty.

How to Apply for Warranty Repairs

For warranty claims , you will be asked for a description of the fault and be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once you have bee issues with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number you can make arrangements to return the faulty component.

The RMA number must be clearly visible on the exterior of the package and on the bill of  lading. Shipments without an RMA number will not be accepted.
